By using Resido (app or website) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Resido provides a platform to list, search and communicate about real estate in Sri Lanka. We are a marketplace and do not act as agent, broker or escrow unless explicitly stated.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain security of account credentials. You are responsible for activities from your account.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Resido a license to display and distribute it as necessary for the service. You must have rights to post any content you upload and must not post fraudulent or illegal material.
Currently Resido is free to download and use. If we introduce paid features, fees, billing terms and refund rules will be provided in-app and on the website.
Resido provides the platform “as is”. We make no warranty about listings, accuracy, or transactions between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samudra Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct. You may delete your account by contacting support@resido.lk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Parties should attempt good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and where appropriate notified to users.
